This probably isn't the right thread, but the City of Dallas agreed unanimously to sign over a 99 year lease to the Meyerson Symphony Center. I'll be happy to see this place getting back into the shape it deserves.

For a big site like this, you would have expected to see zoning applications and approvals before closing. Some contingencies need to be mitigated before jumping into an endeavor of this scale. Kinda strange that that didn't happen... or, did we just not see it?

Those first six or eight units from the original townhouse developer are the most likely to complain. They aren't as tall as the InTown units, they have a MUCH larger rooftop deck, and other than the DART ROW, they are immediately adjacent to the development.
