This seems to have started under the radar. A tower crane for the Twin 60s development has appeared. Looks like teo new towers will appear soon at 75/ Mockingbird. This plus the Palomar 30+ tower will be a big change for the area.

The current owner is thinking big with his WB purchase. more so than developer Taubman, who is the developer of some of the countries most upscale malls. Bravo to them and I hope to see these multiple 25 floor towers rise up soon.

Too bad the other side of 35, nearest the river is a sea of concrete with very little vegetation. The difference is noticeable. Come on investors/ landowners, plant some trees.
