Man, I always forget about this one.

The old man can call it "The Drever". You and I can keep calling it The First National Bank Tower. Folks in the middle can call it Elm Place. As long as it's filled with activity, everybody is happy.

I drive thru there everyday. I just don't think it is that bad right now. By next year, who knows.

Amazon is eating them all alive.

^ Saw this in July. It was amazing how huge it was. Boston (in the summer) is now my favorite city outside of Dallas.
