I would have never thought we would be looking at most of Victory Park being built out at this point. Very exciting especially with lower Uptown bumping up next to all of this with even more high rises and hotels. Yeah and it would be nice if those apartments across from the union and next to Perot...

I could be wrong...but it seems like the residential portion of the tower is only 36 floors, which equals a total 45 story building, when you add the 9 story garage.
