My only complaint with the McDermott bridge, aesthetically, is that the cables should be thicker. From a distance, they're invisible.

I agree that the blue tile will not age well. But it's only tile, and they can put up a new facade relatively inexpensively in the future.

This is terribly disappointing.

Perhaps they didn't receive as much interest for the office 'nub' as they were hoping.

While the retail at the bottom is still sorely needed, the lack of street interaction is a gut punch. Really takes the wind out of the project's sails.
