I never said Downtown Dallas was the epitome of street life, of course that can be worked on, but it should not be portrayed as an unsafe area. We are not going to attract the tourism, residents, and office tenants we need for more street life by telling people that a relatively safe area is unsafe....

This would be an amazing development. And, the new DART D2 line will have a station adjacent. Near a few major freeways. Adjacent to all the new stuff in Victory Park. Nearby residential and hotels in place. Can't really beat this site as far as Uptown goes.
