Really excited with what's going on in the East Quarter. This new development seems to be really solid, and that rendering doesn't even have Harwood Park in it either, which I have to imagine will be taking shape by the time the larger building is complete.

I wish I had gone to the Winter Classic, it looks like it was a blast and a great "off-season" use of Fair Park. Definitely better than a couple dozen shivering football fans.

I may be in the minority, but I would gladly take these faux historic buildings over a generic wall of apartments.
It is strange to me that so much time and attention has been put into what is ostensibly a private space, but it does provide a really nice view when driving up and down the Tollway.

Yeah, I think the only piece Deep Ellum is lacking in retail is a place where you can buy Registered and Unregistered Drivers Licenses, Passports and ID Cards.
