The building will apparently operate as apartments for 10 years, then they are planning to combine units and convert everything to condos. Pretty exciting to see more condo options in more walkable areas.

Apparently the spot near Sift + Pour that started being built out will be Chipotle. The doorman of the W mentioned this, supporting what another user had previously posted.

That spot had displayed a sign for Feed me Pronto earlier this year, so I wonder where that will be, if it ever opens.
