It will probably take another 50 years until the large surface lots downtown are all developed. Bummer that so much of the momentum in Plano and Frisco could have gone in to making these sites turn dirt.

Didn't realize this was going to be so tall. Feels like it's been under construction for about 2 years now. Would be a pipe dream, but it would be cool if the top floor of the parking garage could be converted to an ammenities deck / night club.

$800 million that is a pretty large sized deal. I can't really picture how the floor expansion would look like, it will probably be quite a challenge to match the style perfectly. Would love a more recent picture from this vantage view though

I think its a great looking building and a great asset for Victory Park. Only wish they would have done something with rooftop of the theatre. That is a huge amount of unused space.

I am glad this one isn't entirely made of glass. While they may outshine in the renderings, we've been "Blue Cield'd" before. I think this facade is more unique and I also agree about the Neon sign, that would be a great addition to the tower.
