Rendering of the old Wonderland Pet store on Jefferson and Zang. I’m just now seeing what it’ll look like. I noticed a lot of the renovated storefronts are either white or grey. I guess that’s the color of choice nowadays?

I feel like Exposition Park is a spillover area for Deep Ellum. The area (to me) always had potential because it is between Deep Ellum and Fair Park. I’m also a lover of historic buildings, so their preservation and reuse makes this even better.

There’s 3 cranes in total for 23Springs and 2811 Maple. Only got 2 of the cranes. In one of the pictures you can kinda see Maple Terrace U/C. It’s gonna be a nice row of towers coming soon.
