Re: AT&T Discovery District
Already happened though it's what has driven all the 80's building re-dos recently. To compete with Uptown in some form they have seen massive reinvestment to attract new tenants and many have done so successfully. Thanksgiving Tower is even extending the sidewalk to remove the bus lane for a wider ...

They have demoed the former shoe repair store on the Lemmon Avenue site near Oak Lawn. The only building left there is the one La Madeline occupies. I wonder if they will be so bold as to build both stores. It still seems like they are still all over the place on their plans for this area. Both site...

It's less that they are going through hard times it's more that the reality is that media companies are vastly different than they were 5 years ago. DMN has been bloated for over 2 centuries and they are finally getting to the size they need to be. The reality is it's much better to send reporters a...

A temporary flea market that happens a few times a year is very different than building a structure that inhibits and prevents TXDOT from maintaining and making changes to the freeway overpass above. I would argue as well TXDOT wouldn't be amenable to this either. It adds complexity to their management and maintenance of the highways. Unless you have a TXDOT manager on a level that wants to bridge that gap you won't get anywhere to fixing anything under any highway overpasses.
