It's going to be *quite* the production to get that put up over 75-Central. There's no support columns in the median for the bridge. The freeway would have to be closed, likely over a weekend. Maybe divert the traffic to the service road (?).

They've only been working on Plano's 12th Street station and the track east of there to the Shiloh Road station in just the past month. The overpass over 75-Central hasn't been going very fast at all; they still don't have all the bridge pillars done yet. I figured a 2024 opening was a bit optimistic.

I've said it before, but DART simply does not devote enough capital to escalators/elevators, and needs to badly. The builders/developers seem to have made more of a big deal out of the parking garage than any other part of the mix that comes along.
With JW Marriott as the hotel component (and with DFW not having had a JW previously), I would have thought it would turn out to be a little more substantial.
