Now that the phase is pretty much done north of Northside Drive, drivers are realizing that, other than the tolled express lane additions, the free lane capacity is pretty much the same.

That does look similar to an upper floor I've been on there. If it's ready to open, it has to be in an existing building. Otherwise, downtown land prices would probably be too much for a small-format hostel. Good idea, but I would have thought Deep Ellum or maybe the Cedars before putting it in DTD.
