I really hope that Dallas is chosen as one of the premier host cities, even for the World Cup Final. Nobody will confuse the DFW area for a "Soccer Town", but there are tons of great things going for it: - National Soccer Hall of Fame - Tons of training facilities (Frisco, Moneygram, etc) ...

It would be awesome if it could do something similar to what the MATA has done (next to KWP) and go near the deck park by the zoo. I'm not sure if it's feasible to get over there the way the roads are currently aligned, but who knows what that area will look like in 10 years.

This looks really nice. I've been by there a few times for FC Dallas games in the US Open Cup, and this construction would make the atmosphere even better.
