This is sick, big fan of what they've done with this development, if they get some good retail to go across texas live, that area could be pretty cool walking into the new ballpark.

I have pretty close contacts to hall financial, the third phase is currently a 45 - 50 story office tower as mentioned above, but its a ways away last i heard, i would think closer to 2023 - 2025.

Very good news, looks like its a done deal now with the private funds, and i like the new design of the building better. Plus no highline to perot which would be stupid.. I think this park will only continue to grow and really be a catalyst for the city.

Was very fortunate to get to go to the open house ribbon cutting ceremony this morning.. didn't get to spend a ton of time in it but really was impressive from what i saw.
Neat artifacts and exhibit, really a worthwhile place to check out and good addition/expansion to the west end and downtown.

Wondering if this thing is getting close to fruition. Also brand new harwood skyscraper advertisement went up, saying harwood is hotter right now than a texas summer.

Trying not to get my hopes up but this would be huge for downtown, i agree uber's financial health is a big worry and the only thing that really makes me think this thing would get halted or permanetly delayed.
Sounds like they would take all of the epic and the epic 2 which would be amazing.

Re: Corporate Relocations/Expansions
Hope we get it, but I have a friend who works pretty high profile in Charlotte telling me its been in the works for a while for downtown Charlotte. This could be a situation where Lowe's is using Dallas for leverage to get the best deal out of where they want to be.
