Parking garages can easily be converted to storage units. Even with the concrete ramps, imagine a set of tracks that a robot can use to deliver your storage unit to a lobby on the first floor. Checked it out today and thought it looks fantastic. Not sure why, but I expected it to feel larger even though I've walked through that parking lot a million times. Extremely well designed with some very subtle elevation changes. The section with the swings will be very popular.

I drove past this construction site Saturday night and was pretty floored by how much it changes the perception of density in this part of downtown. I'd say it's one of the most dramatic changes to the downtown core I've seen since I moved here in 2006.
