I guess this project with LifeTime Fitness is trying to get off the ground again. It's nothing exciting. Basically a massive parking lot with 4 retail pad sites. Not sure why the developer would choose Lincoln Property to handle the leasing, seeing as they can't even lease the new Star Park property...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but pretty sure that Lincoln Property built 1900 Pearl as a Spec project. It's more than 90% leased. I believe The Link is also a spec project. I don't know if they've signed any tenants to date though.

Looks like the same leasing company, RUE, leases both the current Adler building and the West Village. So it was probably a very easy transaction! If I had to guess they might be moving into either the old J Crew Space or the Brooks Brother space.

I saw Bill Hutchison, who owns the Virgin Hotel and most of the Design District post on his Instagram last night that this restaurant was coming to town- location is One Uptown (probably the old Circo space). Only other location is in Houston.

9Round Boxing has also leased space at Las Colinas Village. That's almost 10K sf of new leased space. I do like that the new owners are taking a more upscale approach to leasing. There's a difference when a company both owns and leases a property. Good to see some positive signs here!
