This is the most exciting thing I've read in a while. So much potential for Henderson. Love the organic growth happening in that area. At some point I. expect LG , Ross & Henderson to collide into a nice cohesive urban area.

I actually like the way it is. Lighting would be cool. overall I hope they leave the same.

Im not sure they would even be able to modify the color given the historical nature of the building. I could be wrong though.

I passed by this development today. I like the way they improved the sidewalk. The plants and trees around the structure are nice as well.

However, the parking and the closed off area to the Eye with the wooden fence is not inviting and kinda seems like Fortress

There's tons of parking. As a Matter of fact I never pay for parking. All you have to do is park your car nowhere near the commotion and walk. I always leave my ride at Central square park. And just walk. It's approximately 5-9 min walk. People are lazy. Don't accomdate laziness.

Republicans seem adverse to Transit funding. This may force DART to pick a project. In which case, there would be a tremendous fallout between the burbs and Dallas.

Lots of work needed in the design district. Lots of crumbling streets and non existent side walks everywhere.
