Maybe a combined Rustic/Mutts can be re-accommodated permanently on city owned park land somewhere else in Uptown, with a long term land lease from the city. Was just at the Tom Thumb in Turtle Creek Village and it looks like they lost all 3 retail tenants between Malibu Poke and World Market (Correct me if i'm wrong about this). But the signage was down for Mill No 3, Tinsley Radix and the salon that was there. Wow.

So I didnt see this myself, but a friend told me that the Uptown Urban Market in the Villa Rosa appeared to be cleared out, doors locked,, and a sign on the door for failure to pay... rent? im guessing. Bummer!

The Next Door property is already started a significant remodel, I never noticed a lockout, they never appeared on the TABC delinquency list and there hasn't been a for lease sign so either the owner of the property is doing a very through make ready for re-lease which seems unlikely or Next Door e...

Not sure about the street re-do, but it looks like there is a push again for rainbow crosswalks at Cedar Springs/Throckmorton instersection after the public art crosswalks were installed in the West Village recently.
