I live at the intersection of Ervay and Pacific, which is within 75201 but is definitely not within the Arts District.

I’m glad to see others have imagined 505 Ervay as an apartment building. I walk past this building every morning and evening on my way to and from work and dream of it being activated. I imagine First Baptist has no such plans for it, though.
