I pass by olive Monday and Wednesday mornings. They're clearly behind schedule.

Hoping these lots get developed with residential and hotel. Great location for that. Totally. The transfer hub also is very low use. Every time I pass by or even visit carpenter park it's basically dead. I never understood why we had hub there so close to West End. Hope Dart sells all those parcels.
