The Christopher really does add depth to this area. I can't believe how this area went from open spaces to suddenly striking canyons of glass.

I noticed a sign out front of M-Line Tower that says the first 8 weeks are rent free. Is this just a gimmick to attract tenets or could it be a sign of a slowdown in the market?

Arlington needs to focus on establishing a public transit system. Buses. They keep experimenting with this and that while traffic gets worse and their infrastructure gets worse. This is my only problem with many of these buildings going up. They all look the same. Dallas needs more architectural variety in its developments, and less stucco, of course.

I vaguely recall hearing it had some electrical component fail a few months ago, can't remember where or when though. I'm just glad they're back to having enough operable cars to run three in regular service, instead of just two like they did for a while. They will be running three cars by January....

I personally think that Dallas has had enough glass. We need more brick and traditional style architecture to add into the aesthetic feature.

I believe the funds are coming from federal grants. Since the MATA has taken federal grant money, there have been a lot of changes in the business now that it is under federal mandates. But, as I am aware, the Knox Henderson is going to happen.

MATA is currently working on plans to expand the trolley line to Henderson and Knox, and possibly to Cityplace. They are going ahead with the plans.
