Truth be told... The arena served as jumper cables to the neighborhood. Without, it would have taken much, much longer to get to where it is. That said... Once your car is running, you take off the jumper cables and throw them in the trunk. At this point, I think VP would be solid with or without t...

Dallas-based Hunt Realty and telecom giant AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) are collaborating on a New Year's Eve event that will light up Hunt-owned Reunion Tower in downtown Dallas. The event, called AT&T Streaming Lights at Reunion Tower, will include a fireworks spectacle that will like up the Dalla...

Deep Ellum still needs a Parking Garage really bad to handle all the cars... Strongly disagree here. There are two DART rail stations within walking distance, and it is close enough to Downtown and Uptown for people to bike or Uber as well. Last thing we need is to encourage more people to drive he...

John, I think part of the appeal is going to be this mixed-use middle-of-the-city (Elm and Akard) lifestyle that you can't even get in Uptown. Having lived in the Kirby, I can see how people want that gritty urban feel, especially when there's a hotel and retail component attached. Not saying it'll...

A multimillion-dollar investment was made by Westdale Properties in the restoration of these properties. Dallas community on how Trump presidency will impact business

I hope it's okay to discuss politics on this website. I know sometimes things can get a bit heated, but I was hoping to focus the conversation on how exactly the election results will impact Dallas and Texas: Trump has said he’d block AT&T’s acquisition of Time Warner if elected, but if the Dall...
