i am not sure i agree with that. The local / regional developers have been ignoring the South and building North for decades. But now the DFW area is being looked at by national and even international investors who do not share that opinion.They see vast areas of undeveloped land 30 minutes or less...

One would think they if they really wanted to save some cash they would just figure out which positions they could send to work at home. That would seem to save a lot more than moving people to Dallas.

A 45 story office tower with a parking garage next door. That's actually kind of a pain to have to drive up, go down, cross the street and go back up again. You'd think they could have at least buried some of it.

Driven by it a few times and I like the way it looks, sort of a 3D AT&T logo sitting out on the plaza. I haven't seen it up close yet so can't make that call. It certainly is not the Bean and am not sure that's a valid comparison.
