^That tower just looks like Jersey, hope what they do here comes in much better. I think it will just based on the renderings and it is nice that the skyline is being pulled northwest a bit.

I liked their second version the best, the taller sculpted glass tower. Seemed to fit better with it's neighbors.

Maybe we need a thread for the ugliest building in Dallas. Sounds like we have a lot of candidates.

So based on the KDC cam view this looks like they are moving past the garage phase and just starting to work on the office tower phase.

Well, they laid off the overwhelming majority of their staff in early March so have been operating with a skeleton crew since then. Not sure what that means going forward.

Maybe they are waiting to see how AMLI and Atelier do before committing to another new residential project so close to Ross. Don't those two account for close to 700 units?

Maybe there is a relo looking hard at central city. If so some of these FAA inquiries could make sense.

I wonder what this current reality will mean for Hillwood's plan for this property. Maybe they will be forced to be more creative in their thinking.
