I think it makes sense if business users are coming to town to go to meetings or visit clients in that building. Much easier to commute back and forth if it's just an elevator ride up to the top plus you get some of the vest views in the city up there.

Looks like construction has reached ground level already.

They do have the advantage of being able to build something to deliver to a post pandemic world which could make the property much more attractive to potential office space shoppers.

I'd like to see what they come up with for that concrete structure. Could they add floors to it? Windows, balconies and a few more floors might make it a desirable place to live. That parking lot on the east side has to go tho, that thing is pathetic.
