I expect the pricing to be on the lower side, since the building is small and likely won't have high end amenities. The area doesn't have very many ownership opportunities or things to do other than the Farmer's Market.

'Sugar Factory' will open in the Lower Mckinney/Victory Park area later this year (summer or later), replacing a recently closed restaurant. It'll be their first location in TX, not really sure what to make of the concept. It seems to be a fairly high profile kind of place.

If I remember correctly the Innovation Arcade will be home to rotating art displays, some interactive. I'm assuming the glowing cubes are an example of the type and size of the art - not a permanent display.
