Really nice. I think the height is appropriate and it fills a clear void.
Hopefully another developer buys Hoque out and starts something.
Even with a slightly favorable market, I think Hoque will still look worse after the FW fiasco.

Walked around this garage on Sunday. Pretty bland but still having some retail on the bottom and a building - even a garage - amid a sea of endless surface parking is still a step up for this side of downtown. Had breakfast at Cindi's and it was pretty packed.

I agree its not super impressive but I do prefer it to an empty lot. I am more interested in interaction at street level. Anything to improve walkability is welcome. Lived in Chicago for years, can't tell you what most of these buildings look like past the first and second floor.
