The latest schedule we've been given for the Leasing Level is March but agreed that based on progress that schedule is not going to stick and I expect it to push closer to Summer.

I'm maybe in the minority but I actually utilize that Sam's Club quite a bit even living in downtown so I personally don't have an issue with it staying although I can see the appeal of it becoming mixed use. I walked by it this past Saturday and I was surprised at how much larger it felt in person compared to the photos. I felt like it was larger than I thought it would be.

I wanted to post about this development last summer because I work at a firm doing part of the design but it's been very hush hush. I can confirm this is happening but as others have said, the owners have had to fight the locals to get this going.
