Is the Hines Victory Park office building that was supposed to go just north of One Victory dead? It has been on the books for years (maybe since 2015?) and it always seems like it is 1 year out from starting up. If you look closely at the renderings for the Victor, you can see the future Hines off...

great to hear they will be fixing it up. I wonder if that means removing the hot tub or whatever it was they stuck in there...That rooftop (even though the pool was tiny and shallow) was one of the highlights of living in Davis
