Had to make it down there. Loved the vibe, tons of people there, excited to see it become a new center of gravity for EQ and Farmers Market.

I worked downtown from 2006-2020 and it's amazing how the concept of living downtown went from niche (and heavily subsidized) to not enough supply, in such a relatively short time.
