A simple answer but this is really it for me:

I go to North Park a lot and buy a lot of stuff and like it because I park in the new garages and easily walk in.
I avoid Galleria because the parking situation is terrible.

NTPA is the best thing about the mall.

This reminds me of Great Wolf Lodge with an outdoor area. Massive parking. They should have added just 1 or 2 levels of covered parking like Grandscape.
