I’m not sure the validity of this but thought it was worth sharing. West block is where the tallest towers would be and 895 units is the same number pitched in the first rendering.

Great shots thanks. My mindset has changed I used to be height over density now I lean density over height. Don't get me wrong I’d love a super tall at some point but density is more important to me now.

Roughly has some of the same statistical measures as 2811 Maple. Square footage and units about the same just a few stories shorter. Just hope it’s sleek and modern and not just another jack in the box.

Mixed is best, maybe we have a chance at something taller. Downtown needs more residents and this part of downtown could use a lot more residential as it seems very office heavy. I don't know that we need another hotel right in that spot but who knows. Wonder who the buyer is? Maybe Tim Headington?
