Ate at the new Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer in Victory Park last night. I believe it opened a couple weeks ago. Cool vibe and very good burgers. They have some pretty wild looking shakes but I was too full to get one. Not inexpensive, but worth a try.

It is waaaaay more expensive to build one 31 floor bldg than to build 3 shorter ones even when the total square footage comes out the same. I know....I'm disappointed too.

Not a ton of changes over the last couple weeks. Mostly working on some underground pipes, primarily on the Houston Street side. All the concrete you see is leftover from the apartments that were there.

All but one of the excavators are off site. Not much change over the last several days. There is still a lot of the old concrete foundation in place, so not sure what the plan is for getting rid of it.
