In that top pic, if you keep going north on Field street, you'll drive directly into the window of that dentist office at street level of Cirque.

Ate at the new Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer in Victory Park last night. I believe it opened a couple weeks ago. Cool vibe and very good burgers. They have some pretty wild looking shakes but I was too full to get one. Not inexpensive, but worth a try.

It is waaaaay more expensive to build one 31 floor bldg than to build 3 shorter ones even when the total square footage comes out the same. I know....I'm disappointed too.

If you google "northend dallas" and click on "images" at the top, you can see the renderings. Somewhat blurry but they are there at least as of right now.

Not a ton of changes over the last couple weeks. Mostly working on some underground pipes, primarily on the Houston Street side. All the concrete you see is leftover from the apartments that were there.

Yeah it looks like they cut off the top 25 floors and just left a little stump. Disappointing.

All but one of the excavators are off site. Not much change over the last several days. There is still a lot of the old concrete foundation in place, so not sure what the plan is for getting rid of it. The last of the vertical structures is about to come down. All the concrete foundations are still in place. They have moved at a brisk pace.

Again, no idea why the thumbnails are upside down, but click on them to see it right side up. Anyone that can tell me how to prevent that?

They've got machinery in there and stuff is definitely moving.

There are a lot of sizable green pipes laying on the ground along the wall on Houston St.

I've got a front row view of this project and will make it a point to post pics as frequently as I can.

No but I did notice a lot of neon pink spray paint on the sidewalks around the complex marking things like utility covers. These are new.
