According to NBC5, Uber is officially moving to Deep Ellum. Also up to 5 additional buildings are planned on the adjacent land. The city of Dallas allows developers do whatever they want, exposed garages, cheap stucco facades, wood framing,No affordable housing requirements, build strip malls and big box stores in the urban core..etc. you name it; they allow it!
