There is a lot of dirt work happening at that site, as well as on the south side of Promenade Pkwy. Does anyone know if there are plans to add sidewalks / bike lanes to Promenade Pkwy? It'd be nice to easily walk to the DART and Music Factory from the apartments on Lake Carolyn Pkwy.
