I feel like we have more than enough steakhouses in this part of town, but I like that this one looks more trendy. I don't go to steakhouses often, but the ones I have been feel a bit more 'classic' in their look. Not really a bad thing, but it'll be nice to see something a little different.

I wish this development would have taken the 2000 Ross Ave. approach and built the thing in phases. Perhaps we would have already had the Central Markt + Garage by now, even if they weren't ready to build the residential portion.
