I find the view from the Reunion Tower to be pretty mediocre. Plus it's not something you can really walk to either, so I'm all for more sky lobbies from different locations that are more accessible.

Great news! I had heard they closed again in Dec, and was worried they wouldn't recover. This is such a big space, that I'd hate for it to sit vacant for so long, so I hope they do well now that they are re-opening again.

Where did the magic 20k figure come from, anyway? Is it specific to Dallas, or is it just a general rule of thumb for any urban area?

We also have to keep in mind that so many people live and work adjacent to the CBD too and that could potentially add to the street life.

I feel like we have more than enough steakhouses in this part of town, but I like that this one looks more trendy. I don't go to steakhouses often, but the ones I have been feel a bit more 'classic' in their look. Not really a bad thing, but it'll be nice to see something a little different.
