Surprised they were able to get that through permitting given that the properties are all so disparately placed in a decently large radius of a few miles. Anyone in the neighborhood know what the Moser House at the collection is supposed to be? Been running by it as they've been building it over the last 6-9 months and it never made sense to me as to what was going up there. Re: Henderson Avenue Corridor
If their plan is to be conservative and move along slowly, which seems likely given the plan to slow play the build out by only starting at 12,000 sq ft on that corner, it doesn't make sense to kick out all of your existing tenants in the building across the street to raze and rebuild. You're basica...

Streetlights has a rinse and repeat program down for properties around 20 stories that they have used here in Dallas beginning with the Taylor a little over a decade ago (since then they've built the Jordan, Hamilton, Christopher, McKenzie, Case, etc). This is another opportunity for them to work in...

Hope you are right! I saw them as well as I was driving by on my home. Doubt the buyers would have paid that much with the intent to sit on the property, so I expect they will be doing at least some work in prep to get it started. Hopefully nothing during that process throws a wrench in the plans.

Only the Streetlight tower will start next month. Actually a high probability of that one as they have a ~20 floor sweet spot that they rinse and repeat and have successfully pulled off in Dallas multiple times. Who knows about the remaining portions of the project.

That makes sense. I looked back at the plans and was bummed to see the road surface is going to be asphalt, rather than concrete. Agreed. It needs a concrete resurfacing! How come?
