Put me in for Midtown(2nd choice. Dust off those LBJ line plans) or the Matthews(1st) site. Dream site would be to fill the Spire site with highrises. I would imagine the Texas Stadium site would be pretty attractive to them above all though.

lots of distribution in the I-30 corridor, whether natural resources or more commercial distribution. Truck traffic clogs I-30 daily outside of Rockwall and often to Greenville or even Sulfur Springs at times. The city populations along the route don't tell the story.

The I-30 reroute is just another attempt by TXDOT and the City of Dallas to place a freeway inside the Trinity River levels and in the Trinity Forest. ^ When do they ever NOT bail out huge failures? Especially Super-Duper-PC ones like a high speed rail line.... what huge bailout would be similar to this project? GM? Airlines? AMTRAK? Banks? This wouldn't fit as supplying nearly many jobs as the rest of those. Perfect project to just let fail.

Is it possible that the plan is to still have this project be privately funded and Trump is simply just trying to take credit for it if/when it does happen? yes.
