Heres the rendering grabbed from the DMN article. Looks like it'll be two 16 story towers, and one 11 story tower in the middle... Isn't that pedestrian bridge finished yet? They were working on that a year ago. Top If there is a pedestrian bridge (you literally have no idea it is there if you park in the garages and walk onto the main legacy west strip)... you would have to walk completely around the del frisco's at the begin...

That hotel will be the best looking piece of that mall. Stonebriar looks awful. I KNOW! Stonebriar is LONG overdue for an exterior and interior makeover... The entire look and feel is so tacky and awful, for being one of the best performing malls in the country I'm surprised they haven't modernized...

I really want the land to just be given to the city, and let it sit for a while until its time for the next big thing. With all that land in such a prime location on the DNT so many amazing things could be done there. I'd hate for it to go to waste.

Okay now thats a concept. Turning the land that wade park was supposed to go on, into a giant waterpark. The langham resort could stay and act as the Waterparks resort. The hole would probably still be used as the hotel's parking garage though.. :/
