5 of 12 acres is what Steve Brown reported, being a vacant block on Ross. I have always thought he meant the block between Ross and San Jacinto.

The pedestrian connectivity to Victory Park is hard to determine. Ashland seems to dump into the W loading dock. I can’t tell about the alignment of the other streets. Are they connecting to High Market or Museum?
