I can 100% confirm Northpark Tory Burch does more than Highland PV Tory Burch. by a significant amount.
HPV was one of the first TB locations when the brand was launched and I guess the current HPV owners like that.

Etro opening in April
HPV Etro WILL close. Stopped by store yesterday and asked.

Diptyque is going in Northpark next to Marc Jacobs. Business seems to be good for expansion.

Northpark was packed to the gills today and all stores save a few were completely full of customers.

Expanding Lululemon in place instead of moving it to the Victoria's Secret wing and giving it a huge space there? Huge mistake on the part of Northpark.

They could have added several more Texas exclusive luxury brands. Guess not. First big mistake I've seen Northpark make in a while.

I wish they would just tear down Macys and Dillards, and replace them with a residential and hotel tower on both lots.

That Corner Bakery in the mall looks horrific and it’s only steps away from Margiela… tragic

I doubt the parking lots will ever turn into much realistically.

As someone who works in retail, there is a 0% chance of this Belk store being replaced. It'll be torn down, turned into a park, gym, something. I don't think a single retailer who isn't small and new is opening stores at all right now.
