Everything was built as planned except for the second office tower, the Mandarin Oriental hotel across the W and the water fountain shown on the video!

I've been waiting for the opening for months now! Visited this weekend and was very impressed with the food quality.. The variety of the bakery goods was amazing! Everything was made with fresh ingredients! Service was attentive but had some flaws. I ordered coffee and waitress forgot to bring sugar...

I wonder if this is the same Sumo Maya that's coming here!

The area needs small independent mom and pop shops. That's what it needs. I found this video of the original plans for the Trinity River from 2009. It's very interesting to see what has been completed and what is still missing! Would've been nice to have the lakes!
