Thanks to another poster’s tip that using Safari reader mode gets you behind the DMN paywall! DMN doesn’t do a great job fact checking as per usual. I wonder if RL plans to bring Ralph’s Coffee or even a restaurant to town and needed a space that would better accommodate that. I think the current Chanel pop up Woolf be too small. Unless The Conservatory’s lease isn’t long term and they could take up 2 floors.

Is there no J Crew pop up? That would leave just Legacy West open for now in DFW!
Interesting size and location for Marc Jacobs. I would’ve expected a bigger store closer to the other higher end brands. Wonder if it will just focus on accessories.
Any word on the previous Nike space?

Agree with the restaurant problem at the mall. Sooooo many long term vacancies. Seems like they need to go for more exclusive destination type restaurants. Would love to see a Laduree, Le Colonial, Magnolia Bakery, Ralph’s Coffee, La Maison du Chocolat, Parm, Gucci Osteria or Blue Box Cafe.

Interesting to see that Culturemap just posted an article citing the Four Seasons as being on track for a 2025 opening.
