First Baptist Academy of Dallas recently moved from the downtown campus to far East Dallas. This location adjacent to the Mesquite city limits is a pretty good indicator where many of the congregation live.

All concepts combined will add almost 4000 additional rooms per night. I think this line will eventually exceed expectations. The North Dallas neighborhoods are happily vapid, rebuke change of any sort and will one day undergo a gentrification of the mindset while the build environment changes just a little. The trains will be full even after the line is double tracked...
