This is probably an unpopular opinion but I really wish they had used brick or stone on the upper portion of the tower, incorporating more than a single color and/or material. Hopefully there are aesthetic details they still intend to add because the white-painted concrete, without any other visual...

We need to do something about the telephone poles down town. It ruins the look of these new neighborhoods.
