I don't know if it's possible to see in the old link posted on Candy's Dirt but there's actually a boatload of indoor parking for the Sugar building (considering how small the building is). It was never part of either of the hotel proposals.

Thanks - that makes sense since they bought the building next door and are planning to combine the two "lots"
