Cool! This may be the tallest in Uptown. That area is going to be like driving down Cedar Springs in a canyon. Also, not to mention the additional proposed Lincoln Properties development down the street.

Bad idea or not, but it will obscure view of Reunion Tower, regardless that most of the proposed high-rise buildings are below in height. The closer you are to Reunion Tower the less you will see the ball lights.

What really sucked the wind out of Downtown Dallas was Las Colinas in the 1980's and beyond, then Plano, then Frisco.....and the beat goes on. Imagine if we could have kept the center and heart of big business in Downtown Dallas and not let the suburbs capture what they have over the last 5 decades...

Actually the biggest and deepest hole ever dug in Dallas was for the nearby Crescent Court building complex. It took more than a year to dig it out.

Just past by there, the apartment complex is completely empty. They have fenced and barricaded the front entrance off Field St. also an earth moving machine is off Houston St. side with other equipment.
